Job Summary

Position is responsible for the sales organization in the department.Supports definition / development of strategies and actions in its department in order to achieve customer and company's targets (GDP, AOP Projects) in line with our QS guideline (PMS, Business Management).


  • Responsible for the cost account
  • Support transformation of Textron (Communication, targets, focus etc.)
  • Ensure the application of PMR according to the QS guideline
  • Control and improve the customer satisfaction
  • Ensure strong financial control of all project cost sales related (positive cash flow incl. forecast, invoices raised at earliest, benefit on project cost, financial tracking)
  • Development and control of PIAP goals
  • Avoid any commercial risk during the offering phase
  • Ensure contracts terms for new projects are negotiated to maximize the benefit of Kautex (prices, cost, warranties etc.)
  • Development and control of the WW customer related pricing strategy
  • Responsible for the serial and project related price negotiations according to target fixed with the both team Headquater+Local Puebla
  • Responsible for offer / order tracking according to Kautex Standards
  • University degree

    Special Field : Sales, International Business School, Marketing

    Professional Advanced Training : Costing structure

    Work experience :

    Min. of 5 years of responsibiltiy sales account in automotive industry

    Min. of 5 years of marketing

    Specific knowledge :

    Programmanagement knowledge e.g. Program Management Road Map-Goals / Responsabilities / tasks

    Strong computer skills sufficient to manage all related commercial & technical computer programmes including preparation of Sales Budgets, Forecasts, Strategies & day to day Reports such as Microsoft office / SAPand / or Brain
