  • Develop and secure approval for GTM plans and budgets.
  • Direct cross-functional, cross- organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets.
  • Define GTM metrics / goals / benchmarks and track / report progress against them.
  • Develop, drive and evaluate key web, social media or interactive marketing strategies / events to reach customers.
  • Develop and drive digital event experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in understanding, conversion and revenue.
  • Develop closed-loop post- analysis for marketing programs and identify / execute indicated actions.
  • Develop offering / segment messaging and manage / monitor their delivery.
  • Develop / define customer segmentation strategies and customer experience plans and execute / monitor them.
  • Perform marketing operations activities as needed, e.g., Salesforce / CRM, PO / accrual management.
  • Align to sales objectives and priorities; and collaborate with the distribution sales and marketing to deliver channel campaigns and programs that support aggressive region revenue and growth goals.
  • Develop, drive and implement marketing plans for the HPE Aruba distributors, service providers and channels in the region that optimize pipeline.
  • Collect and analyze marketing results from multiple analytics dashboards, to drive continuous improvement
  • Actively manage with sales the mix of demand programs that deliver the highest quality of leads that convert to opportunities.
  • Identify and align cross-organizational and / or cross-region marketing plans to drive consistent marketing message and execution, share and apply best practices.
  • Candidate Requirements

  • Are good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You're aligned with our core values
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years marketing experience, including digital marketing, offering marketing, segment marketing and partner marketing.
  • Agency, sales and / or channel experience a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • Expert knowledge of offering, segment, partner and account- based marketing.
  • Expert knowledge of advertising / direct marketing / research vendor practices and procedures.
  • Well-developed understanding of the industry, offering categories and company offerings / strategy.
  • Strong project and budget management skills.
  • Excellent written / oral communications.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
