You must enhance and promote our values and vision of TopFoxx and help us build strong relationships and understand our customer's needs.
Will develop and lead change initiatives, partnering with all commercial functions including sales and service.Our ideal candidate will have past experience, big or small, in bringing a brands vision to life and keeping a brand constantly innovative.
This manager will have the responsibility to increase the brand awareness and the market share in each category, detecting business opportunities and creating brand strategies and communication campaigns.
Will coordinate the launch of new products that support the rotation of the product and the implementation of new commercial strategies.
Responsibilities : PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) : Plan and Implement strategies that will increase conversions through email & SMS effortsResearch, develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies.
Remain up to date on latest industry wide and Klaviyo email marketing and creative trends to ensure all campaigns are best in class.
Create campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness and conversions.Define Email and SMS Marketing KPIs, measure and evaluate success of each campaign and suggest improvements.
Plan and maintain the email calendar with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of flawless campaigns.Report on sales revenue generated from email and SMS marketing effortsResearch and implement new strategic campaigns to increase website traffic.
Increase the engagement rate, translating efforts into sales and leads.Increasing Lead-to-Customer Ratio.*REQUIREMENTS : *Experience using Klaviyo or other email marketing softwares preferred not essentialPrior experience (1-2 years) of email and sms marketing strategy preferred not essentialExcellent customer service and listening skills.
Ability to function independently, manage time and resources effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and adjust behaviors to meet and exceed expectationsVirtual experience (you ll be working in a virtual environment with our team around the world!)Excellent written communication and copywriting skillsStrong project management skills.
Knowledge of management tools like Asana, Time doctor, Slack preferredHome office equipped with a working laptop or desktop and reliable internet connection.
