In Cloud Solutions, we build the core subscription and customer management systems for all of our Cloud customers and revenue. We use all the latest modern web technologies, for mobile and desktop, from React to Solr to Java, all running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, to provide the best Cloud customer experience possible.

Functional and Technical knowledge for Oracle's core Cloud Apps such as :Subscription Plan Management (SPM), Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Cloud Product Master (CPM), and Cloud Business Intelligence applications.
Able to interact with the business, Development, Solutions team, and provide level 1, and 2 production engineering support for related incidents/service requests.
Strong coordination and collaboration Application Development and Solution for root cause corrective actions (RCA).
Able provide the product improvements by analyzing the system and provide user experience based on the inputs get from business users.
Monitoring the application's major jobs and overall health check for production stability.
Generate various analytical reports and submit inferences, recommendations with Development and Solutions team.
Communicating the outage and high priority issues to the business unit and business users
Participate on the solution review meetings and understand the new functionalities
Qualifications and Skills BE/B Tech in Computer science/Information science/information Technology
7-10 years of Enterprise application support experience
Knowledge on the Billing solution application is a plus
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Experience in SQL and PL/SQL is required
Java, React, and other latest Dev apps is +++
Data Modelling and Understanding the schema objects
Good communication and having aspiration to learn
