The Scrum Master is directly responsible for the success of the teams working on an engagement to produce high-quality deliverables in adherence to customer agreements and agile best practices, radiating information to interested parties and making sure team members are motivated and focused on collaboration.
He / She ensures alignment with customer goals through the Tiempo Quality System. The Scrum Master is in charge of maximizing team performance and predictability following best practices from agile software development and being a hands-on servant leader.
Support and educate the product management team with respect to grooming and maintaining the proper backlog that can be worked by the teams.
Coaching the team and organization on the use of Agile / Scrum processes.
Understand program needs and have the ability to provide options and solutions to meet customer expectations and mitigate any risks.
Have a deep understanding of a variety of metrics for successfully management software development programs.
Proactively be able to communicate risk, performance, people issues, business-related items, progress to development lead and delivery lead.
Schedule and facilitate all agile ceremonies.

Excellent English communication skills, meaning that they can have a clear conversation with a client and define the scope of work, resource reviews, contract revision, etc.
5+ years of experience with and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC).
Experience as a SCRUM Master, Business Analyst and / or Product Owner in the software industry.
Experience tracking and reporting metrics on a software project.
5+ years of experience working with teams using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
Experience with Software Project Management Tool to track progress (Jira, VersionOne, TFS, etc).
Experience dealing with challenging projects. Assessing issues and developing plans to fix issues identified.
