Primary responsibilities of the SCHEDULING SUPERVISOR are related for the scheduling, planning, and oversight of material procurement, production, and delivery in our Manufacturing Complex in Silao, Guanajuato, México.
Your main accountabilities will be to :
Accountable for customer weekly and daily ship requirements and window times; communicate with production and shipping departments.
Proactively react to changes.
Responsible to rack raw material replenishment to ensure production coverage
Utilize reports to monitor adherence to schedules
Supports the coordination and communication of daily production build requirements to satisfy customer demand and maintain inventory targets
Review and maintain supplier forecasts on a weekly basis; maintain cums
Communicate proactively with trading partners
Monitor expedited inbound and outbound material by identifying problems and resolutions
Validate pull loop size based on PFEP recommendations
Audit and update the PFEP collection plans for accuracy
Proactively elevate critical supply issues to management
Proactively elevate critical delivery issues to management
Utilize the supplier scorecard and troubleshoot poor performing suppliers; work closely to improve supplier performance
Utilize the supplier scorecard to initiate internal operational improvements
Monitor and manage inventory targets and variances
Responsible to follow safe practices
