  • POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY : Responsible for the management of a large managed services engagement or the management of a number of smaller or less complex engagements;
  • Required to be engaged during the transition phase working in conjunction with the Transition Manager into the 'steady state' phase, ensuring that all the pre-

  • requisite service management tools, processes and resources are in place, tested and working, to the satisfaction of the customer Role responsible for being the single point of contact for service accountability globally Manages the delivery of NCR's services to the customer in a professional manner, creating positive Customer satisfaction;
  • Represents NCR's senior management to the customer Achieves or exceeds the financial goals established for the program; Achieves or exceeds the goals established in the contract or Statement of Work (SOW) Orchestrates all program activities in the program portfolio Develops program strategic plans collaborating with internal organizations Orchestrates the presentation of all program proposals, plans, NCR program methodologies and solution capabilities within NCR, to third party vendors and to the Customer;
  • Obtains sign-off from the Customer, third party vendors and internal NCR groups Manages program processes and coordinates multi-

  • functional resources to ensure goals, schedules and quality commitments are met; Reports program status versus plan to NCR management, Customer and third party management as appropriate;
  • Conducts post project and program reviews to measure performance versus goals and contribution to customer's effectiveness Create and implement a governance framework that will be used to ensure consistent service that meets or exceeds agreed service levels Ensure that all systems, both hardware and software are installed and operational prior to start of service;
  • Develop a complete Operations Manual and supporting documentation Responsible for identifying risks and issues, initiating mitigating strategies and taking corrective action as appropriate;
  • Identifying and managing dependencies with sub-Program projects, other Programs, other parts of NCR, and external organizations;
  • Identifying, forecasting and acquiring the resources required to deliver the Program, and ensuring their effective usage Manages the Program's budget, tracking and monitoring costs, and ensuring that the profitability targets are met;
  • Manages a team consisting of one or more Project Coordinators and Project Managers Provides recommendations to senior Region and BU management on technical area of expertise BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree in related discipline 10+ years of related experience Advanced Project Management training Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Excellent commercial skills with knowledge and experience in procurement, finance (budgets, costs, P&L) and legal agreements / contracts PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Master’s Degree preferred Experience of managing third party suppliers Experience of working in a managed services or outsourcing environment, used to multi-
