Develop, manage the integrated implementation plan for Alcon Shared Services 1000 days strategy. Develop / Contribute to the shared services strategy on based on knowledge and awareness of various business scenarios that can apply
Define, design and devleop key process transformation areas required to enable succesful Shared Services organizational set-
up and implementation. Define, design and execute governance model for Alcon Shared Services organization
Coordinates with all relevant stakeholders to ensure integration, efficiency / effectiveness of the GBS implementation for Alcon.
Identify within current and non-current GBS scope future opportunities (need of cross functional solutions and / or new business for GBS)
Prepare annual GBS Transition & Transformation business plan and build budget for approvals. Build a shared services culture within the company
Define and apply a structured approach and methodology for driving the implementation of the Shared Services business model (i.
e migration methodology, cross functional projects required from day 1)
Define, propose and implement business solutions aligned to organizational objectives and constraints (i.e Shared Services location strategy, cross functional solutions, etc.
Implements all aspects of operational changes necessary to move from existing processes / teams into the new Alcon GBS Set-
up, achieving a balance between speed of implementation and risk of disruption to services
Coordinate the execution of several programs / projects associated with Shared Services implementation; Manage and monitor the execution of all projects in the project portofolio on time, on budget and at expected level of quality
Develop and enable the deployment of required infrastructure (location, methodology, etc.) for in scope functions to achieve assigned targets associated with Shared Services implementation.
Define, excute portfolio / program / project governance. Provide superior level of customer service; collaborate with key stakeholders in delivering against expectations
Initiate standardization and promotes a standard and systematic approach to continuously improve business practices and performance in the shared services environment.
Ensures operational excellence and compliance in running the Transition & Transformation team and outsourced services providers (i.
e. 3rd party services providers) during transition and stabilization period.
University Degree, MBA is a plus
Certification and / or proven experience in Transformation / Project / Program management
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
Excellent English both spoken and written
Knowledge and 10+ years of experience in the BPO / Shared services environment
5-8 years of experience in driving organizational transformation / change
5+ years of experience in leading virtual teams and working in matrix organizations
5+ years of experience in managing global, virtual teams
Experience of managing performance against SLAs
Experience in planning and deploying business solutions
Track record of managing big scale, complex & cross-functional projects (preferably transition and / or transformation projects).
