Manage, develop, coach and finalize the staffing of a 5-8x people creative team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, producers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables
Build a new brand vision and its articulations in collaboration with brand teams and external partners.
Develop a fluid production model for video, static, audio and user generated content for offline and online channels.
Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, CRM channels, experientia, promol and also understand offline.
Manage, prioritize and optimize resources to manage the creative pipeline of all asset development and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with external agencies and work under a hybrid model of external and internal led creative work.
Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address goals.
Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
Experience & Skills Requirements
Designer background and art directing experience are indispensable.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills to manage, coach and develop large teams.
Strong digital background, with preferable experience with new content forms.
Experience working with tech brands preferred, if not, at least in the service industry (banks, airlines, etc).
Proven experience with concept development
