Repair Center Technical Leader

Technical Leader is the one who actually creates a technical vision in order to turn it into reality with the help of the team.

Some of their responsabilities are but not limited to :

Provide technical support activities with focus in Repair Center, including product hardware platform, software, quality, DOA and productivity

Principal Responsabilities

  • Quality Analysis : Support Product Area and QA in field and lab tests, Quality and statistical failure data, follow and establish report for DOA, Failures, statistical metrics for repair
  • Execute technical interface to support activities with Product, QA, Sales, Ops, R&D, RSO, and RC
  • Elaborate quality and technical documentation to support activities
  • Provide technical support to repair lines
  • Provide repair analysis of recurrent failures to the Technical Engeneer to improve repair processes
  • Responsible to meet and train services all equipment on new models / products, processes, tools, or technical development.
  • Coordinate the technical part of the NPI for new models for maintenance in the Repair Center
  • To be the interface between the team and the management
  • Lead should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end
