Working as part of a team and reporting to the GBS HR Services Lead, this role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing HR administrative duties relating to all core processes provided by HR Services APAC.
With a customer focused and professional manner, this role will be the first point of contact for HR queries from our customer base comprising of employees & managers at all levels and from all areas of the business.
Duties will also include supporting and educating our customers in using the Company’s HR System (Workday), review and approval of notifications in Workday and producing relevant paperwork in line with agreed internal processes.
Having excellent organizational and administrative skills this person will manage their caseload and respond to all HR queries within agreed Service Level Agreements and in line with the processes of the Global Business Services function.

Experience in a similar HR Services role or experience of working with HR function
Customer service experience with the ability to professionally communicate at all levels
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to demonstrate integrity in all business interactions
Analytical and problem solving capability
Confident user of MS Office particularly, Outlook, Word, Excel
Confidential data particular awareness of Data Protection
Experience of working with HRM Technology systems & HR Case management systems
Ability to demonstrate awareness of cultural differences and working practices is required
Multi-lingual capabilities preferred
Innovative and proactive in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt
To perform all activities in compliance with relevant GMP and Quality Systems standards and specifically with FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO 13485.

Business degree and / or equivalent experience.
