For more information, please visit : About the job We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting CS and CS BPO.

You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes.

You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

Your Responsabilities

  • Fulfill tasks set out by CS team.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Perform data analysis and process Cards upload
  • Upload Process Cards updates.
  • Upload Templates for CS tool
  • Process Adherence auditing.
  • Create more information Site in CS tool.
  • The Success applicant

  • Students ofbachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge and interest in Data Science applied to business (Customer Experience).
  • At least 18 months before graduation
  • Advance skills on Excel / Access (SQL it's a must).
  • Outgoing person and have passion. Good at communication.
  • Comfort working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional, multinational environment.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to learn.
  • Data driven is a must - Analytics
  • Ability to work 6-8 hrs at least 4 days a week.
