The eCommerce Key Account Manager will be a key player in the transformation of e-commerce business through different partners.
As accountable for annual NSV for this channel this role drives growth of the assigned accounts, in line with the agreed company strategy.
Drive our 3 years strategic plan into action through developing, executing and measuring joint business plans.
What are we looking for?
Professional Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience in Managing Key Account marketplaces for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries, Durables or B2B. (Ecommerce Account Management)
Ecommerce business models kowledge
Proven ability to develop strong internal & external networks
Have demonstrated organizational agility
Knowledge of Data Analytics storytelling abilities
Committed to self-development and willingness to operate outside of her or his comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Full responsibility for the eCommerce channel P&L and implementation of the activity plan, including online sales plans and execution, sales & marketing programs presentation on marketplaces.
This role coordinates digital marketing campaigns and best in class product presentation with eCommerce Trade Content & eMerchandising managers.
In partnership with Sales Planning and Operations, lead development and review of test & learn activities with Key Customers in order to accelerate Mars’ Digital Ecommerce capabilities and Customer strategic alignment.
Deliver agreed targets for key eCommerce customers and lead processes and ways of working to ensure full alignment with the overall business goals.
Be a co pilot for Sales leaders to develop sustainable and compliant customer programs on Ecommerce channel.
Contact and influence at Senior Buying Manager / Category Director level to develop strong sustainable relationships.
Key expert regarding online customer leadership, build collaborative relations to reports key customer activities & results as One Mars team
Shares market and customer insights with Management / Sales team and eCommerce community.
Develop, document and continuously measure against the strategic roadmap enabling eCommerce team to achieve goals by delivering against the largest eCommerce customer.
Assure the correct Mars portfolio execution in every eCommerce client / Marketplace or any other partner that commercializes Mars Products within eCommerce arena.
