As the Customer Success Director you have global accountability and responsibility for managing the relationship with Backbase customers.

You will be part of the global Backbase Management Team and you will responsible for all customer success operations, including account management, professional services and academy (training & certification).

Meet the Job 1. Customer Success Team Leadership Strategic account management together with Sales and Technology. You lead one, possibly two, global Customer Accounts together with a sales and technology director.

Working as a trilogy to empower Backbase people to make decisions and operate at a level that will ensure success for the client and Backbase.

Overall Delivery success - Working with the Customer to ensure ongoing support and identify new opportunities to drive continued business and IT value.

2. Cross Department Delivery You are responsible for the delivery of the customer portfolio. This portfolio consists of projects from various departments within Backbase and range from implementation projects, consultancy projects, product development to training.

  • 3. Relationship management Driving the relationship with key delivery stakeholders at the client, ongoing alignment throughout the engagement with the client and Backbase to steer program Helping to create and maintain the right culture and working environment;
  • create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your overall success will be measured on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, customer retention, customer reference-ability and building a great work environment.

    You will bring : Entrepreneurship and a high level of initiative. At least 10+ years of proven account management experience a digital, software or technology environment.

    Pragmatic, proven leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate and direct customer success teams. Significant experience working with C-level Client executives regularly.

    Excellent client relationship, team leadership and delivery skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of an organization.
