Are you excited about Change?We have a fantastic opportunity to join with us! Mondelez International is looking for : Group Leader LA G&C Products Research Design and implement the consumer-

centric strategy in R&D, delivering holistic experiences that lead to discontinuous category growth through surprisingly obvious ideas, irresistable consumer experiences and moats to protect competitive advantage.

Together with the nascent network of products researchers, create capability, train and coach others. Main Responsibilities

  • Synthezise consumer insights / inspiration, business / growth requirements and product / process / technology opportunities to create a consumer-
  • centric innovation strategy and product / experience pipeline for LA G&C

  • Lead, monitor and supervise the development and implementation of key regional initiatives deployed within the aegis of the aforementioned consumer-
  • centric innovation strategy

  • Engage and enrrol multi-functional partners in both strategy and execution. Ensure robust and high quality reporting of progress and seek coalition in solving issues.
  • Codify consumer needs into measurable technical end-points against which product developers can measure / judge success.
  • Embed these in CTQs and partner with Analytical sub-function to create in vitro tools that correlate with CTQs.

  • Become the nexus for consumer / technology / business by leading frequent and candid communication with key stakeholders, including RCT leaders, Sales, Trade and, crucially, customers.
  • Co-create Commercial and Sustaining / Transformational innovations to turbo charge profitable topline growth in LA

  • Review and negotiate project scope, resources, timelines, etc. with the support of other areas such as region / platform PD, CS, Corporate Quality, BD, PCM, Marketing, Sales and Corporate affairs
  • Create, coach and train products research capabilities, in tandem with leaders across the global organization

  • The position is critial to the CIQ focus, which is at the core of the seamless technical communities commitment to our consumers, shoppers, customers and shareholders.
  • It requires extensive, and proven, experience in the realms of consumer / shopper insights / inspiration, technology and brand / business building frameworks.
  • Broad-based leadership skills, specifically in the realms of envisioning, enrolling and empowering others across multiple functions are paramount.
  • Moreover, the role requires a proven ability to take the hard right decisions as well as managing initiatives.
  • A consumer-centric mindset, with strong track record of creating / executing winning and distinctive innovation (commercial and sustaining / transformational) in the realms of FMCG are critical
