TTEC is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our Payroll Team.

Our Payroll team brings significant value and contribution to our company through overall management for one of the most unique and geographically dispersed global payroll operations in the country.

What you’ll be doing :

Payroll Coordinator is responsible for archive, clean-up and update tracking records of payroll related documents like : Medical Leaves Certificates, Social security Institute (IMSS) clarifications reports, employees’ Payroll statements.

Payroll Coordinator also will be involved with the Severance Packages. You will also be point of contact for any questions or clarifications employees might have.

What we’re looking for :

  • Continue to work on building a bridge of communication with operations.
  • Improve our Database and organization to facilitate our process.

    Motivation, Passion, Integrity. Those are just some of the attributes valued at TTEC . Of course, there are some other requirements too. These include :

  • Bachelor's Degree (Administration / Accounting truncated)
  • Excel (Basic / Intermediate)
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
  • Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of customer data
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and proven success in fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
  • Advanced English level (spoken and written)
