Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
Able to focus priorities to best impact quality metrics
Significant experience in leading technical teams
Experience in high volume manufacturing
Motivated to quickly assess problems and find solutions
Good problem solving skills
Education and Experience
5 years minimum on management positions
Bachelor s degree on Industrial Engineering or any related field. Master’s is a plus
