Eaton’s Aerospace division is currently seeking a HighPerformance Work Team Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Tijuana facility.
The perfect candidate for this position is responsiblefor overseeing and leading all activities associated with manufacturing, newproduct introduction and / or production of deliverable product to meet customerexpectations.
The leader monitors andmanages hourly, indirect and salaried resources in the assignment of workresponsibilities, development, and alignment of resources to load.
The position drives safety, quality &continuous improvement in production while utilizing the framework of the EatonBusiness System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).

Some activities related with the position will be :
Championa culture change through the framework of High Performance Work Teams (HPWTs).
Leada multifunctional team (from 15 up to 25 Head Count) to achieve High 5 metrics,improve manager effectiveness & employee engagement.
Drivecontinuous improvement and application through the use of EBS, BOS, CIF, andHPWTs.
LeadTier 1 & Tier 2 meetings to impulse, follow up and support Eaton Tijuanainitiatives such as : Near Miss, Coaching Card, JSA, Near Scape, IDEAS, E-
Star,Cost-Out, Poke Yokes, LPA, Gembas.
Achievekey BOS metrics including HIGH 5 : TRCR, On-Time Delivery, DPPM, Grossutilization, and Efficiency of the product line.

Required (Basic) Qualifications :
Minimum3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Operations
Minimum3-5 years of experience leading others
Proficientin reading and writing English
CustomerFocus (internal and external)
Preferred Qualifications :
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership, coaching andinfluence management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities
Leanmanufacturing / Operational Excellence skills in 5S+, Value Stream Mapping,Standard Work, Visual Management, process focused
Internalcandidates : Eaton Leadershippetency ratings of at least a 3 , with apreference of 4 ratings in BOC and Leadership Style
