ICG O&T Head : The Mexico ICG O&T Head actively manages the ICG Operations and Technology (O&T) platform with a view toward : superior service delivery;
seeking innovative solutions to drive down the costs of production; maintaining an effective control and compliance environment in all departments;
ensuring implementation of new products and services in line with business and industry expectations; and developing, as well as retaining talent through a conducive working environment. Main responsibilities
Lead Operations, Operations & Technology Functions for the Institutional Client Group in Mexico.
Lead transformation projects for the franchise
Ensuring full compliance with Citi Policies, Procedures and Reporting Requirements in O&T
Manage the financial budget and Workforce plan continuously.
Ensure compliance with global standards, proactively managing EOL / EOVS components.
Manage human resources, improving in Voice of the Employee indicators constantly.
Manage service teams, improving in Voice of the Client indicators constantly.
Lead interaction with Internal Audit matters. Pass internal and external audits.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in local market including industry committees.
Build a strategic network with Regional and Global SMEs and govern the Centers of Excellence.
Lead, manage and control financials, taxonomy, HCs and productivity initiatives.
Ensure a control robust environment and MCA rating for O&T.
Communicate effectively and constructively at all levels.
Partner and work collaboratively with all business leaders and colleagues both regionally and globally.
Understand the primary issues, problems and opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.
Able to influence at all levels without formal reporting lines.
Guarantee channels and mechanisms to maintain the relationship and official communications with the Business / user. Advise in Operations & Technology and methodologies of process improvement.
Manage the assigned project portfolios (Book of Work) including the administration of its budget and its result.
Plan and coordinate budgeting by establishing policies and processes for execution of expenditure on Technology Book of Work for all ICG.
Complies to the Country Governance Policy, CSC Handbook and O&T Roles and responsibilities handbook.
Academic Studies :
Bachelors degree, engineering or related
Preferably with MBA.
Specific Knowledge :
People Management Skills (10+ years of management experience)
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Knowledge of Banking Products, Control and Risk Management (desirable 15+ years of industry experience)
