Job description :
Support Customer Meetings, Participate and support root cause analysis activities with the product core team (Manufacturing, R&D and Customer).
Support analysis of early warranty information to provide feedback to the core product team for implementation of preventive or corrective actions to improve warranty performance and meet / exceed customer expectations.
Support APQP Activities, Supporting the builds and release of prototypes
Participates in reviews of major work products of the project (e.g. planning documents), verifies reviews execution is compliant to the valid specifications and agrees the release of work products
Support project meeting
Assures the reuse and collect of the Lessons Learned
Support Warranty recovery and risk analysis
Necessary requirements Experience in automotive or electronical industry (1 years)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to work in a global team. Intercultural abilities
OEM Customer communication skills (1 years of experience)
Problem solving skills
Manufacturing process knowledge (Electrical and or plastics)
Big data analysis knowledge
Control plan and D / P FMEA experience
