To be prepared for this, and to ensure that our expertise is aligned with our customer needs, we’re now looking for a talented Customer Systems Resolution Specialist for Mexican market.
In this position, your overall mission is to support and manage the workflow of requests related to Sandvik Coromant’s Web, mobility, electronic ordering solutions and CRM system, and promote and increase the usage of E-Commerce within Coromant, offering a first-class support to customers and internal stakeholders.
To drive our efforts in the digital area, you are responsible for E-Commerce implementation activities, coordinating relevant stakeholders (Customers and IT) to gather business needs and technical requirements to propose and set the most efficient solutions, including EDI, Punch Out orders or e-catalogs.
You act as the contact person to perform acceptance testing, provide support and take corrective actions, coordinating with Global ERP organization and / or IT in case of need.
As an E-Commerce ambassador, you support, educate and promote activities to increase Coromant E-Commerce awareness within Frontline sales, 1st Line Support and customers, pushing activities to increase electronic order levels and proper usage.
You support requests for Sandvik Coromant’s web solutions, providing feedbacks on system and functionality issues, or possible improvements.
You are responsible to support requests for customer master updates or changes in both ERP and CRM platforms, securing accuracy of entered data, and act as a Dynamics CRM key user.
We’re looking for someone with a Customer Service experience or aptitude, possibly gained in a global industry. You have strong interpersonal skills and good relational abilities to deal with stakeholders from different departments.
You have good IT skills and disposition in digital applications, and good experience in ERP system SAP, Microsoft 365, CRM Dynamics and Case Management.
You have good understanding of E-Commerce logics, and experience in EDI, Punch Out orders or e-catalogs, and you are comfortable and excited in conveying and exposing these contents to customers and colleagues.
You have analysis capabilities and willing to improve efficiency and performance of our functionalities and systems.
The role is oriented to people with Bachelor’s degree (preferable) or relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Engineering.
