DEMAND PLAN & CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER Position summary Develop best in class Customer Service department within House of Tequila, to support achieving our vision of becoming the 7th Brand Company in Pernod Ricard.
Secure 100% product availability in the short and long term for House of Tequila Brands (Olmeca, Atlos, Avion and Del Maguey) worldwide, by working closely with Pernod Ricard affiliates (+80 markets) and HoT operations team.
Key duties and responsibilities Develop the strategy and annual demand plan for House of Tequilas
Ensure development and fulfillment of demand planning for HoT brands with PR affiliates on a monthly basis with a 12 months projection
Develop full understanding of production process Lead S&OP process between affiliates & HoT operations & marketing teams securing a fluent way of working liaison of these departments Engage and proactively seek process and cost optimization opportunities (Shipping, SKU management, inventories dry goods etc) Establish strong relationship with :
Monitor correct invoicing (quantity, price, timing) Ensure correct documents for the brands export (certificates, renewals of contracts, letters, etc.
Qualifications / profile : Total experience : 7-8 years·Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, International Business Administration or Commerce·3 years as Manager in Demand Planning or Customer Service departments·Fluent English (mandatory)·Fluent Spanish (mandatory) Capabilities : ·Leadership : influencing others, negotiation skills, entrepreneurship, results oriented, social skills, team and people management·Operational skills·Analytics·Travel up 20-
