As CRO you are part of the key to InmoPRO's growth through the number of deals you close on a monthly basis. As one of our CROs you shall work more as a consultant than a sales person to you prospective clients by building relationships and trust that makes it clear to the potential buyer that you will provide the best solution to their property needs.

Responsibilities:

• To make sure to be knowledgable about all inventory available
• Being an expert in real estate industry, expert negotiator, and expert in trends and evolution of real estate in location
• Prospecting leads provided to obtain a cristal clear picutre of what clients are looking for and why
• Establish unique relationships with potential buyers through empathy and rapport
• Find the perfect-fit options within the InmoPRO inventory for them
• Going on client visits to the developements


Requisitos

Ideally 1+ years in a customer facing sales role. Industry not as important as candidate him/her self.
