You will beresponsible for the efficient running of the division in line withHyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilstmeeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Director of Food andBeverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a MarketingSpecialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outletsand banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hoteland are individually profitable.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Assistant Director of F&B in large property.
Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
