Site Quality Manager Mission is Monitoring & validate the conformity of products / processes in production, Customer interface for Quality Matters (current production).
Ensure Quality System implementation and respect. Coach site Managers to achieve customer satisfaction for Quality.
Main responsibilities :
Knows specific customer requirements that impact on activities in the area.
Knows the impact of their activities on the quality of the product and their remuneration in the quality system.
Is responsible and owner of Total Quality tools
Is responsible and owner of measurement and quality management process.
Manage Physical Indicators on his site.
Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Group and Product Group and promote Quality Culture.
Manage Quality network in his or her site.
Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit).
Co-chair the PVC for projects from phase 3 until the end of the project.
For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure.
Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation).
Manage Incidents (CLR-Logistic) Internally and with Customer
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position, in automotive industry
Fluent in English
Knowledge of HVAC product and process
Specific Automotive Customer requirements.
Problem Solving techniques.
Measurement system & equipment.
Quality tools. Deviation process.
