As anAccounting Assistant, you will play an important role within your organization. Your duties will vary day to day and are essential to keeping the company operating.

ONE YEARof Accounting / Bookkeeping experience
Job Responsibilities :
Enter scanned invoices into system for manager review
Enter scanned HOA notices into the system and forward to manager
Transfer money among company accounts
Send non-sufficient fund (NSF) notice to tenants.
Post and pay recurring vendor bills.
Enter Tenant charges HOA, utilities, and fees.
Enter and process employee reimbursement requests
Enter fees from Maintenance and Manager
Post recurring tenant charges
Renewals verify fees are correct
Security Deposits audit the bank account
Assist with owner and vendor 1099’s.
Job Skills and Qualifications :
Fluent English (Written and Oral)
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to build relationships
Strong work ethic
Technical Requirements for the position :
Modern Computer(i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM)
Webcam / Micfor audio / visual capabilities or a functioning headset
Internet Speed(Download 30 MB, Upload 5 MB or above)
