The Software Configuration Analyst plays a key role in delivery ofour SaaS product suite by ensuring the highest quality of work is beingdelivered on time and to customer expectations.
The Software ConfigurationAnalyst works as part of the implementation team onboarding new clientsonto our Digital Payments SaaS platform, as well as adding new capabilities forexisting customers.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of thecontinued growth and development of our unique and innovative products andservices within this exciting area of business and the industry as a whole.
The ideal Software Configuration Analyst possesses theability to learn software rapidly to configure, and apply analyticaltroubleshooting tools.

As such you will work cross-functionally within One Inc as wellas with customer project teams to facilitate the configuration of modalwindows, portals, and emails.
Teams you will interact with include ProductDelivery, development, QA, and product support. The ideal candidate will befamiliar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Communicate with internal teams to define the proper customersystem configurations
Interpret customer styleguides as they pertain to various One Inc products
Work independently with stakeholders to review specifications,solicit feedback, and obtain approval for configurations
Work in tandem with the project manager and softwareimplementation consultant to coordinate deliverables and communicate updates
Work with developers and QA to understand and coordinatetechnical requirements regarding the platform’s configuration tools
Complete high-level testing to ensure configuration isfunctioning per requirements

Customer-facing experience is a plus.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to identify and map the solution to meet our customers’business requirements
The ability to quickly learn new concepts and products

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS orequivalent experience is required
Insurance industry experience is highly desired, includingpolicy management and digital payment
Experience working with complex projects with multiple tasks andsubtasks
