Methods / Process Engineering Site Manager is a position, in automotive industry, in charge of manage process & resources to lead the implementation, standardization & continuousimprovement in the industrialization.

Must ensure and respect all standards for HSE,Quality, Process, IProM and RAISE rules. Knows specific customerrequirements that impact the method process in automotive industry.

Main Responsibilities :

SAFETY / ENVIRONMENT : Is in charge of create standards,establish safety culture and ensure it is thoroughly respected.

PEOPLE : Develop expertise& specialists, DevelopRAISE & mindset skills (certified reviewers), Anticipate human resources needs,managing age pyramid & competence transfer needs & duration.

INDUSTRIALIZATION : Manage to managers / engineers / technicians industrializing new equipment (Assembly equipment lines, cells,testing-& injection equipment -IMM, Molds;

automation integrations robots, AGV, automatic stations-).

Ensure that the IProM standards areapplied in equipment industrialization leading and managing with processPTM,respecting compliance rules.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT : Manage continuous improvementto permanently improve related KPIs. Lead and promote theproductivity workshops linked to P-30 activity.

Lead, contribute & Create new norms on Process / Methods area (improve Standardization).

Bachelor Degree in engineering areas

Experience minimum of 5 years in automotive industry, in similar position

Fluent in English
