North Latin America Sales Leader (Job Number : 208044W-01) Description DuPont is seeking a Sales Manager for ourbusiness E&C that will be focused in Image Solutions - Advanced Printingfor Mexico, Colombia, Central America and the Caribbean.
MainResponsibilities : ·Leading sales of the DuPont Advanced Printing business unit inthe market $32MM in annual sales. ·Manage sales team (5 people) in coaching, developing skills, hiring,and providing performance feedback.
Qualifications Experience and qualifications : + 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Leader in a multinational company with solid commercial background + Solid experience Leading & Building successful teams (multy country preferred) + At least 3 years of experience in the flexographic printing industry + University degree.
MBA is desired. + Proven experience in sales with strong demonstrated results,either directly to end user and / or through distributor channel.
