North Latin America Sales Leader (Job Number : 208044W-01) Description DuPont is seeking a Sales Manager for ourbusiness E&C that will be focused in Image Solutions - Advanced Printingfor Mexico, Colombia, Central America and the Caribbean.

MainResponsibilities : ·Leading sales of the DuPont Advanced Printing business unit inthe market $32MM in annual sales. ·Manage sales team (5 people) in coaching, developing skills, hiring,and providing performance feedback.

  • Providing support to the commercial network established in theterritory. ·Member of the Latin American Leadership team and local countryleadership team to focus on talent development and functional capabilities.
  • Developing distributor and customer intimacy to maintain salesrelationships and drive growth in the market. ·Market inputs to regional / global marketing plan and drive salesexecution of business and marketing strategies.
  • Partner and influence other business functions to deliverperformance which impact sales activities. ·Provide monthly and annual demand forecasts for supply planning.
  • Coordinate distributor training to develop and sustain theirvalue selling capability. ·Frequent interaction with other sales and technical teams identifyingsuccessful approaches and adapting for regional customer needs.
  • Manage launch of new products and if needed, liaise with R&D,Product Management and Technical Services Leaders. ·Define and implement sales expense budget according to salesstrategy and updating products forecast through customer interaction and salesdevelopment.
  • Qualifications Experience and qualifications : + 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Leader in a multinational company with solid commercial background + Solid experience Leading & Building successful teams (multy country preferred) + At least 3 years of experience in the flexographic printing industry + University degree.

    MBA is desired. + Proven experience in sales with strong demonstrated results,either directly to end user and / or through distributor channel.

  • Being part of sales team and working in competitive framework. + Market knowledge of dynamics and key players in the market.
  • Ability to influence decision makers throughout the packagingand printing value chain + Fluent in English and Spanish + Analytical skills and approaches + Prepared and able to work in an international businessenvironment with availability for international travels.
