MAIN OBJECTIVES

  • Accountable for managing the portfolio of internal projects and programs of the organization, as well as providing the IT infrastructure services to our partners to help meet their goals.
  • Coordinate project managers to maintain all initiatives on track according with their plans and designated budget along with prevention and risk management.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing the portfolio of project and programs of strategic initiatives related with IT infrastructure.
  • Controlling plans, budget and risk

  • Establishes guidelines and tools for project monitoring so that project managers can ensure the implementation of projects in time, form and budget
  • Monitors the application and maintenance of regional and global PMO standards, ensuring that the necessary tools / devices are in place to prevent any inconvenience that may affect the proper development of a project or program
  • Continuously reports on the progress of IT projects and programs at the regional level to ensure that senior regional and global management is informed of their progress.
  • Oversees the prevention and risk management of each project
  • Develop strategies and work plans with project managers to ensure continuous improvement in the monitoring of projects and programs
  • Build proposals with the Partnership Office with accurate business cases to maintain a healthy relationship with our partners.
  • YOUR PROFILE

  • Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems or Informatics is required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Work experience : from 7 to 9 years
  • Technical knowledge :

  • IT Infrastructure : Datacenter, Virtualization Architectures (VMWare and Cloud IaaS), Core IT (Phisicall On Premise Architectures), Enterprise Architectures
  • Tools : SNOW, Confluence, Jira
  • Technical Skills :
