This position will be based in Mexico City and will be responsible for lading sales and support of the Center region for Rubbermaid Commercial Products.
Its main objective is to support sales growth of the CCS brands within the Centro region by developing distributors in charge (10 in total) through end user opportunities identification, product portfolio proposals, sales teams’ trainings, and end users visits and assessments.
KAE will also look for the portfolio expansion with end users located in CDMX and its nearby areas such as Toluca, Puebla, Hidalgo and Queretaro.
Field work with the distributors’ sales teams visiting & assessing end users (hotels, universities, schools, hospitals, malls) with the objective of creating opportunities for selling our products, and therefore developing the region’s pipeline.
Align internal strategies with distributors and provide constant communication of the level of achievement in a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis via business reviews.
Identify, register, update and ongoing monitoring of opportunities through the Sales Pipeline
Apply Business Intelligence routines in order to identify Inventory, sellout and sales actions through sales tools available : Distribution Management System, Pipeline, Sales Force, SAP.
Support sellout growth in customers by increasing their sales of RCP products through more lead generation, and increasing product listing in distributors’ end users
Receive, process and follow up to the orders of the distributors in a timely and proactive basis with customer service and supply chain areas.
Provide financial analysis of pricing in specific projects, until their implementation
Collaborate with distributors in the search and opening of new redistribution companies in the center region to increase brand participation in key segments of cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
Actively participate in the implementation of trade marketing strategies (Industry trade shows, distributor shows and hotels fairs)
Provide tailor made product training to the distributors’ sales force
Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing
2-3 Years Working in Sales.
Preferred experience in commercial areas : Tourism, Hospitality management, Tourism business Administration

Medium English Level (speaking and writing)
