The objective of this role is to provide analytic support in the Global Retail Banking (GRB)
Lending and Deposits), in Actuals and forward looking exercises, as well as the generation of business insights
to support the Business Heads, GRB CFO and the Global GRB teams.
GRB Mexico has a total assets of US$27Bn with total revenues of US$3.3Bn and expenses of US$2.1Bn.
Key responsibilities :
Analysis based on actual figures (history), including tracking of strategic initiatives.
Forward looking : Outlook / Plan : Planning exercises with high level of accuracy built on business drivers, validate targets in Jade / Pearl (Official systems);
build walks and bridges by month, quarter or annual and
prepare comparisons to other forward looking scenarios.
Preparation of business Review decks, including monthly reviews, Plan, Outlooks, MYF and CCAR, according to each exercise with detailed P&L analysis and business drivers.
Interaction with business teams : Working close to business partners and other Finance Officers to understand business dynamics and trends to improve the accuracy of forecast exercises and provide within the organization key elements to improve business management.
Global Team support : Interaction with global teams and fulfillment on all global reporting and analyses. Leverage with FRO Costa Rica’s team
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Administration and Social Sciences (Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Actuary and related
3 + years of experience (desirable) in :
Analysis and financial planning
Math and Economic skills
Data management systems
Proficient in MS Office Suite : Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient level of English and Spanish

Results / task oriented with excellent attention to detail / high level of accuracy.
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
