Establish a project plan and conduct a cost / benefit analysis for any recommendations made to the functions / business units

  • Evaluate functional / business unit’s overall learning requirements, business objectives, desired results, and constraints;
  • conduct a skills assessment to identify specific training needs

    Engage in vendor management, budget management, , program marketing, and internal communication of learning events

    Investigate available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective manner by which to meet specific learning needs

    Coordinates resources required to conduct training sessions and assign specific training activities to the L&D Analyst or hire appropriate vendors to conduct training

    Measure the impact and results of the Learning & Development solutions implemented

    Share relevant results from the Programs with the Functional HRDs / Plant HR Managers

    Deliver learning programs while meeting effectiveness guidelines and ensuring discussion-based learning

    As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following requirements :

    Bachelor’s degree in educational psychology, instructional design / technology, organizational development, or a closely related field

    Graduate degree preferred +4 years of overall experience with at least 2 years’ experience in designing and developing comprehensive learning programs and project management Skills :

    Intermediate Consulting skills : Including business-facing skills to determine the client’s needs, challenges and people culture

    Ability to take a balanced short and long-term holistic view when suggesting training-based solutions to solve a problem to support the growth of the Function

    Communication, interpersonal, analytical, and influencing skills

    Collaboration skills : including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of the function, business units, Global L&D and external vendors

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively.

    Knowledge of organizational development theories and training, instructional design models, such as ADDIE, and e- learning standards (e.g. SCORM)

    Project management skills and ability to facilitate organizing and managing multiple priorities and / or projects

    General business acumen and understanding of the impact of training on overall corporate performance
