  • Pro-actively establish multiple partner sales relationships within our focus countries in Latin America to achieve growth targets.
  • Deliver the indirect sales and retention revenue goals for the LATAM region.
  • Responsible for partner enablement and training.
  • Ideally you will have :

  • A solid background and understanding of the K-12 educational system and Ed-tech competition in Latin America. Ability to develop customized strategies to address educational gaps in the market.
  • Proven experience with strategically sourcing, developing and training indirect partner relationships.
  • World class Salesforce hygiene, forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Proven sales skills with broad business acumen.
  • Ability to sell a suite of products via indirect channels.
  • Ideally you will be :

  • Highly organized and pro-active with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Be a proven sales professional with a track record of delivering on a revenue target
  • Business level written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish is a requirement. Conversational Portuguese is an asset
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required
  • Client-centric in everything you do
