Our Latin America HR Professional Development Program provides theopportunity to develop future HR professional leaders in a three-

year,intra-country rotational program to further their understanding of humanresources and provide exposure to the business as a whole.

Each HR Associate serves asa full-time employee during their rotation assignment, where they also have theopportunity to grow and build their HR knowledge by participating in programcommittees.

Each committee seeks toenhance the overall program and provide further leadership opportunities.

As an HR Associate, you will participate in projects and tasksthat will typically result in recommendations on solving a current problem oron which direction the assigned department should be going in the future in agiven area.

These will allow you toexercise some expertise and skill as well as get you familiar with severalareas of the company.

  • Candidate Qualifications :

    üBachelor’s Degree or advanced degreeand appropriate certification, preferably in Human Resources, Business,Management, or Economics.

    üPrevious work experience in HR ishighly desired.

    üThe ability to effectively communicateand maintain confidentially is critical.

    üAdvanced level of English is required.(minimum 60 ponints in English exam)

    üThe incumbent must be mobile, asassignments will be located in different states.
