The Relationship Manager position in place will cover a global portfolio under a coverage model attending specific service and quality standards defined for Banca Empresarial.
Clients to be managed are existing and new relationships with simple flow business needs highly concentrated in loans, cash management solutions and foreign exchange. Main responsibilities :
Manage and develop client portfolio to maximize earnings to the bank;
Cross-sell Citibanamex’s product to customers
Drive the account planning process and outline the financial view for portfolio accounts and agreed prospects
Be able to identify client requirements and proactively sell a full range of Citibanamex products, e.g. Trade, Cash, FX, Loans
Strong marketing skills and capable of building good relationship with customers;
Initiate and implement new target market names and product business opportunities to expand and diversify revenue streams within Cross-border constraints
Work together with other staff members in different locations in enhancing teamwork across the country
Coach junior team members to improve work and team engagement
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering
Have in-depth product knowledge of Cash, Trade and FX & strong credit & risk management skills
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience. Minimum one year handling global business in financial industry
Outstanding communication and written abilities in English (fluent)
Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
Independent, enthusiastic, persistent, and an interested & fast learner
Ability to represent the firm to senior client management;
Strong sales and organization skills to handle a client portfolio
Exposed to a wide range of banking products with the relevant credit training
