The main responsibilities are :

  • Responsible of the full programmatic business of the Company. Work with Planning, Investment and Agency Leadership to develop and roll out digital investment approach for your clients
  • Manage Programmatic campaigns for multiple clients
  • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
  • Setup and manage a variety of digital display campaigns across various tactics (site retargeting, CRM retargeting, prospecting, contextual targeting, PMPs) whilst hitting or exceeding program KPIs
  • Monitor and take a proactive stance on ad verification, optimizing campaigns to ensure our ads are viewable and brand safe
  • Proactively track campaign pacing and performance, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of budget
  • Manage budgets closely, ensuring spend is aligned with seasonal performance and weekly and monthly targets met
  • Effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches of each campaign
  • Spot opportunities for new tactics / improved ROI and return and work directly with Media Planning team to fund
  • Be a platform expert, familiar with all optimization levers and features of the DSPs
  • Play a role in the creative development process between the brand and our dynamic creative partner to consistently test and iterate on creative to drive the strongest possible ROI
  • Simultaneously manage multiple campaigns with varying budgets / goals (with special emphasis on weekly / monthly spend and ROI targets)
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns and dynamic creative pre-launch and once live
  • Track, analyze, and provide regular reporting / updates on KPIs
  • Stay apprised of current and new DSP functionality, data offerings, alphas / betas, and successfully deploy on relevant campaigns
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and be a subject matter expert on programmatic
  • Communicate with clients on all elements of programmatic campaign, including performance reporting, project status and client goals / KPIs
  • Develop and manage a team of Programmatic Traders in executing Programmatic campaigns, setting benchmarks and personal development
  • Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of Programmatic campaigns
  • Develop Programmatic plans (research, submitting request for proposals "RFPs") and building effective relationships with all vendors
  • Work with the integrated media and digital planning teams who are providing planning strategy (e.g. audience, flighting) and KPIs
  • Provide senior-level support to clients managed by team members as needed
  • Develop online programmatic strategies to optimize the competitive position of Company and participate in the effective management of the business plan and surrounding forecasting.
