Business Planning Analyst
Responsible for accurate processing of time sensitive requests via SFDC from sales sponsors via telephone and web interface.
Assisting the Americas Field sales team and the end user customer with acquiring demonstration equipment positively influencing the disposition of the DEMO equipment.
Accurately inputs orders into order administration system, responds to telephone, email and web chat inquiries regarding order status, delivery and exceptions;
proactively interfacing with sales reps, operations and end user to determine configuration needs and delivery dates. Responsible for performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved in this sales support function.
Responsible for achieving and influencing the quarterly sales and cost reduction goals.
Provide any required assistance to the Fields Sales team and / or Inside Sales team to coordinate the entry of a clean order.
Have the capability of identifying issues that may delay the build TAT of the order
Verify customer credit worthiness though HPE Credit and assign customer roles in database
Call Center Exemplify proper use of auxiliaries as well as log in / out times
Process requests via Salesforce through different stages
Personal email management within accuracy and TAT KPIs
Escalation Ownership and Management
Provide Excellent Customer Service via several communication methods
Attend any required meetings with sales and or support teams
Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process, and escalates issues as necessary.
Makes contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines
Conducts quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to contribute to large projects.
Contributes primarily to diagnostic and reactive business planning activities.
Decision-making limited to immediate function with minimal business risk
Education and Experience Required
Typically 2-4 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, customer service, or related functional area.
First level university degree.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Demonstrated business acumen.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
