We are currently looking for a BOUTIQUE MANAGER for our Pomellato Boutique located in Palacio de Hierro, Polanco .

The Boutique Manager will be responsible for the achievement of thesales objectives and will build and coach highly motivated sales teams in orderto deliver exceptional service to the customers.

Responsibilities : SALES OBJ & KPI’S :


  • Manage the boutiques in order to achieve sales objectives andKPI’s, ensuring to spend most of the time on the shop floor with sales team andclients
  • Concur to the definition of action plans related to the mysteryshopping results and ensure their implementation

  • Coach constantly sales teams on extraordinary service, sellingskills and attitude to deliver an unique shopping experience
  • Resolve client concerns / disputes / complains while assuring theclient satisfaction is pursued
  • Ensure the ethical behavior of the store team and integritytowards the client

  • Ensure the participation of the stores teams to trainings inorder to develop their knowledge on different topics (collections, sellingtechniques, brand and inspiration stories, security )
  • Partner with sales trainers in all trainings implementationplans and follow up

  • Be proactive in recruiting new customers, promoting and creatingevents in order to generate new business opportunities.
  • Actively participateand involve sales teams in social events

  • Constantly cultivate relationships with clients, in store andoutside the store
  • Implement client database activities, as per marketing guidelines

  • Be responsible for the good maintenance, appearance and safeenvironment of the stores highlighting maintenance issues according toguidelines
  • Be responsible for the good functioning of the stores in termsof product assortment and visual merchandising, monitoring the store stock andguaranteeing the respect of display guidelines
  • Ensure that the sales teams’ grooming is always up to standards
  • Be responsible for the store stock, ensuring to efficiently andeffectively manage it according to KPI’s
  • Supervise AFSS activities and requests
  • Approve discount as per policies

  • Ensure a strong knowledge of the relevant market : competitions,events, products and pricing
  • Relatedto theirenvironment (city / street / mall / dept store) guarantee profound knowledge on brandlocations, events and marketing activities
  • Competences & main skills :

  • Strong experience in the same position, gained in a verycustomer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury
