This is an incredibly exciting time to join the Homes and Global Distribution team at Honeywell! Homes and Global Distribution is a leader in the home heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and security markets, and a leading global distributor of security and fire protection products.

In 2018, Honeywell will be spinning off the Homes and Global Distribution business into a stand-alone, publicly traded company.

Being a stand-alone company will provide the business the independence, focus, direct financial resources, and flexibility required to adapt quickly to market and customer dynamics, and we want you to be part of its evolution.

Lead the payroll process and have responsibility for ensuring employees get paid on time, every time. You will apply your creativity and problem solving techniques to resolve critical employee issues.

You will utilize your payroll functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with Honeywell business objectives.

The role will be in charge of a team based in SLP and USA performing payroll services for the Americas region. The successful candidate will ensure on time accurate payrolls across weekly, bi-

weekly and monthly cycles depending on the country and will be in charge of payrolls on 4 different platforms, TRESS, ADP Streamline, ADP Globalview and EY.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Previous experience in USA / Mexico payroll
  • Experience in leading a team
  • WE VALUE

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Significant human resources experience
  • Experience with Oracle / Peoplesoft, HR System
  • Experience with SAP / TRESS payroll systems
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local payroll policies and procedures, or similar relevant experience
  • Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.
  • Ability artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
  • Quickly analyzing, incorporating and applying new information and concepts
