Responsibilities :

Maintain updated on HR trends and employment laws to ensure compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations

Conduct a needs assessment, develop curriculum and conduct training sessions on various HR-related topics

Full cycle recruiting, including pre-employment process and onboarding, and new hire orientation sessions

Provide customer service to managers and employees to manage employee issues, disability, accommodations, answer questions concerning pay, benefits, etc.

solve problems proactively, and resolve conflicts

Other duties as determined

Requirements :

At least one year of experience working in human resources

Ability to communicate using appropriate business English, written and verbal

Strong ability to work within a team environment with limited supervision

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
