Attend to fleet customers as aftersales support, in order to bring solutions to all theirs necessities :
Create specific offers to the fleet customers in the sales of spare parts.
Attend all the fleet customer claims through the fleet customer care team.
Maintain informed all the fleet customers when exist some service campaign.
Management of cross functional teams, in order to implements new strategies to improve the customer experience.
Negotiate with the fleet customers and the dealer network, the solution to the principal claims.

Management of the Fleet Customer Care Team.
Management of the Vehicle of Road Objectives.
Direct contact with the fleet customers.
Technical support to the dealer network.
Increase the Customer Satisfaction through the Fleet Customer Care Team.
Create and implement new strategies in order to increase the sales of spare parts.
