They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Institutionalize a culture using Kaizen, Six Sigma and lean management, Manufacturing tools and Philisophies.
Lead Training for Lean / Six Sigma methologies.
Coach Lean / Six Sigma project.
Promote and provide Technical and organization teams, based on a culture of improvement.
Manage the effective implementation of operation improvement tools. (3P, 5S, Cell Design, Material Replenishment & Flow, Mistake Proofing , QCPC, Quick Changeover, Six Sigma, Standard Work, TPM, Value Stream Mapping).
Lead GEMBA walk to teach core team, discover wastes and identify Kaizen Opportunities.
Lead Kaizen Events to promote learning on lean Tools, improvement and waste elimination.
Develop, support and Facilitate action to reach KPI Objectives.
Proactive, Self awerness & building effective teams.
BS degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer.
4 years of experience in manufacture environment, or Continuous Improvement.
Lean / Six sigma Black belt certification desirable.
Management project Knowledge.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work proactively in TEAM work environment.
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Auto-CAD.
Oral and written English and Spanish languages Communication.
