YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assure all new suppliers are properly integrated to avoid delays on deliveries. Follow each step of the process since the Supplier is selected until is fully operational.
Be the main contact between Planning and Purchasing for supplier integration. Develop integration tools and measure performance within the Organization Assure smooth introduction in the planning side of different gates of the operation : Marketing, Pilot, Dry Run, SOP & MYend.
Work with Procurement to facilitate the procurement of necessary ingredients and adherence to project launch schedules. Formalize cost, scope, schedule and risk baseline for New Product introduction in the Planning Department.
Foster a positive relationship with the project team, as well as internal team members. Implement guidelines to assure smooth introduction of new products.
Work closely with Purchasing and Engineering to identify issues with incoming products. Assure a proper follow up on deviations for substitutes in order to improve our inventory accuracy.
Assure all phases of the components are properly procured. New part codification and procurement type validation. Conducting development of new and current supplier’s capacity of critical components.
Identify constraints. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Bachelor Degree. Good English language knowledge. 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
Strong Leadership. Teamwork oriented. Highly structured. Communication skills is a must. People skills oriented to manage diverse departmental goals towards project completion.
Excellent planning & analytical skills as well as time management. Strong analytical and focused on problem solving. Excellent written and verbal skills.
Experience leading and completing projects from business proposal through post-production support. Ability to filter relevant information and convey business and technical concepts to a diverse client base and internal technical teams.
