  • Follow up on the deployment and compliance with training programs in accordance with the annual Development Plan for the different business units.
  • Detection of learning needs based on competencies, business needs, the result of employee performance, ISO and EHS compliance
  • Facilitate teaching-learning processes in different trainings for office staff
  • Monitoring of reports and indicators of training programs : Compliance with the annual training plan, Attendance, training hours, training effectiveness
  • Knowledge in the development of technical and functional skills
  • Knowledge, implementation and monitoring of development plans according to the 70%, 20%, 10% rule for operating personnel
  • Knowledge of learning trends such as gamification, legos, micro learnings, TED Talks, etc.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of training and audits of ISO
  • Management and compliance with the learning budget
  • Administration of training data and capture in the system
  • Logistics and coordination of trainings
  • Administrative procedures, supplier management, supplier development and search for new suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with and monitoring of each of the stages of the Learning process.

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Administration or in Industrial Relations
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Training and development
  • Experience in the legal aspects of trainings
  • English 70%
