YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Follow up on the deployment and compliance with training programs in accordance with the annual Development Plan for the different business units.
Detection of learning needs based on competencies, business needs, the result of employee performance, ISO and EHS compliance
Facilitate teaching-learning processes in different trainings for office staff
Monitoring of reports and indicators of training programs : Compliance with the annual training plan, Attendance, training hours, training effectiveness
Knowledge in the development of technical and functional skills
Knowledge, implementation and monitoring of development plans according to the 70%, 20%, 10% rule for operating personnel
Knowledge of learning trends such as gamification, legos, micro learnings, TED Talks, etc.
Knowledge of legal aspects of training and audits of ISO
Management and compliance with the learning budget
Administration of training data and capture in the system
Logistics and coordination of trainings
Administrative procedures, supplier management, supplier development and search for new suppliers
Ensure compliance with and monitoring of each of the stages of the Learning process.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND STUDIES REQUIRED :
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Administration or in Industrial Relations
3 to 5 years of experience in Training and development
Experience in the legal aspects of trainings
