As part of the Center of Excellence Integrated Talent (CoE-IT) for GBS you will be supported and enabled through a global reaching network of HRBPs, Centre of Excellence and GBS colleagues to develop and deliver a word class recruitment service.
As Talent Partner for GBS you will be responsible for assuring the entire GBS staffing needs are covered for the regional Hub in San Luis Potosi for all represented functions in the GBS Hub.
You will also support the global Employer Branding for GBS in local activities as well as liaising with the Learning and Talent function to assure the advancement of internal talent mobility.
Your core mandates are 1. Assure timely staffing of the all vacancies in the GBS to assure smooth ongoing operations, 2.
Actively contribute to the stability and maturity of the GBS Hub in regards to all Talent topics
You own the entire Talent Acquisition process; by liaising with business leaders to identify future hiring needs, defining and implementing an effective sourcing and selection strategy against specific business requirements, working with and developing internal and external capabilities and partnerships to deliver a best in class recruitment service.
You drive an efficient and candidate centric recruitment process aiming high-touch experience for every candidate from application to first day of work.
This includes evaluating hard and soft skill levels during phone and face to face interviews, handling the offer process and negotiating complex offers
You win by demonstrating outstanding customer focus, managing demanding stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility, agility and team spirit and by consulting the business managers how to attract and retain the best talent for ABB
You guide the candidate through the process and are ambassador to ABB’s brand, inclusive people culture and employee value proposition
You collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Global and Regional CoEs, peer Talent Partners and external service providers to assure fast, efficient and coordinated efforts that meet and exceed the business expectations of hiring manager onsite and remote
You think ahead, project manage operational and strategic topics and identify staffing risks and work with the team to define actions to mitigate and improve
5-8 years’ experience in recruitment
Demonstrates a pragmatic can do attitude
Strong knowledge of the entire recruitment process and experienced in filling hard to find positions and advanced sourcing technics
Experience in successfully partnering with and consulting line managers in their hiring needs
Demonstrates continuous improvement mind set and challenges status quo to find improvement opportunities
Can balance hands on approach with skillful delegation and collaboration
Is self-confident and mature, passionate about recruitment and impacting people’s lives positively
Experience in the field of executive search advantageous
Goal-oriented and communicative individual with a convincing demeanor, resilience, and high quality standards
Strong communication skills in English
