Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, digital systems engineering, Electromechanics

Up time for production equipment, Highskills in programming LabVIEW, PLC (Allen Bradley and Siemens brands) andVisual Studio, knowledge in Industrial Robots (Implementation, Programming andMaintenance), define electrical control strategies, vision systems, SQLDatabase Management and maintenance of database, Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT) and Industry 4.

0 (Cobots, Augmented Reality, Wearable Smart Devices,Exoskeletons and high technology devices on the Edge level), industrial robots,data acquisition, production support, data analysis, statistical knowledge, sixsigma, project management.


  • Responsible to maintain machine and processavailability with the requirements of safety, quality and cycle time in the secondshift.
  • Available to change work shift as required bythe business
  • Leadership for control technicians and othercontrol engineers to provide support in daily activities and engineeringprojects
  • Active participation with product teams inorder to plan continual improvement projects and assessment of issues thatconstrain productivity of production lines.
  • Active participation in quality analysis andprovides solution regarding controls engineering for customer complains.
  • Be a leader and take decisions in second shiftto maintain the operation of the production lines, support maintenance andgauge lab activities in order to keep the metrics of customer delivery.
  • Attend production issues with the requiredimportance and urgency, act as support provider even in out of work shiftissues present in the production lines.
  • Coaching of maintenance group of the secondshift.

    Controls Networking - Implements new andimproved technologies and methods capable of transferring information frommultiple inputs either within a local production process or into databases tolink machines together or to analyze the process for overall operationenhancements.

    Controls Safety - Recognizes controls relatedhazards in a manufacturing environment (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic) toincorporate safe practices and procedures as part of the daily work plan toreduce injuries and create a safe machine environment.

    Electrical System Troubleshooting - Analyzesan electrical control system to resolve and repair electrical issues to returnthe system to proper operating conditions.

    Factory Automation and Control Systems -Implements changes to further automate manufacturing processes using availabletechnology, programming techniques, and identifying needed material andresources for project completion to provide the optimum automation for themanufacturing environment.

    Machine Programming - Creates factory floormachine programs by designing and implementing solutions to improve usage ofmachine and overall operation.

    Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions andmodels proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting andparticipating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build aninterdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.
