MAJOR PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Constantly reduce the probability of failure and downtime by implementing SMED & POKA YOKE.
Excellent introduction of fixtures and equipment from the concept to the final validation.
Excellent project management attributes to assess and mitigate any associated quality, safety or productivity risks.
Design and procure tooling and equipment, using 3D software.
Resolve issues using problem-solving techniques.
Lead short term and long term improvements.
Develop a supplier network to constantly improve quality, price and delivery time.
Implement and design new processes with strong SMED and POKAYOKE strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Engineer Degree (Mechatronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electromechanical);
Experience 4 years or more in related positions.
Bilingual (80% English and Spanish), both oral and written.
Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Excellent 3D Model software knowledge (Catia, Solidworks, etc)
