Position Profile Responsible for attracting, recruiting and integrating the adequate talents to the Bosch Juarez Plant organization.
Main job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Administrate and run recruitment, selection and hiring processes for all salary positions of the plant.
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Administrate the internal and external posting process in Bosch Juarez in accordance to the corporate and local policies.
Execute and coordinate internal transfer process of associates within the plant and between other Bosch locations (e.g. promotion of hourly associates to salary positions).
Maintain tracking of indicators under his / her responsibility and implement in both preventive and corrective action plans and projects for continuous improvement.
Support Personnel Marketing strategy and participate in activities to position Bosch as employer of choice.
Support and lead Human Resources initiatives (e.g. coordination of employee events).
Participate and support quality, safety and environmental policies and company goals.
Qualifications Education : Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar.
Working experience : 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
Languages : Bilingual (English Spanish) Required skills :
