Labor Legal Coordinator
Provide legal advice within all PepsiCo Mexico Business Units regarding employment, individual and / or collective labor issues, as well as, personal data protection matters, according to with the new legal framework, with the Code of Conduct and internal policies.
Provide legal support to the Labor Committee and ensure the achievement of the short- and long-term labor strategies.
Assure the correct deployment of the legal actions to adapt the company to the new Mexican Labor Framework.
Support in the transformation and Union restructure.
Design legal strategies to ensure zero legal liabilities and avoide labor movements.
Create protocols and collaborate in the implementation of legal strategies such as communications with Local (Municipal / State) and Federal authorities, external advisors to maintain workforce stability in sites that are prone to collective labor movements, illegal stoppage, and strikes.
Administer the correct training agenda in Labor and Data Protection matters to key employees to enhance the compliance of applicable regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications / Requirements
Written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to handle hight-volume, multiple priorities.
Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills.
Strong sense of customer service and eagerness to work in a wide range of tasks, including complex and legal administrative assignments.
Results-oriented attitude and hand-on approach.
Detail oriented, with demonstrated vision and ability to stay current with newest legal trends.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
